INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S MARKET

Join us for our inaugural International Women’s Market, featuring our region’s finest businesses – all owned by women! Tickets are $5 (+HST) per person and all ticket proceeds go to DASO (Domestic Abuse Services Oxford), located in Woodstock, Ontario.
ABOUT THE EVENT
International Women’s Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. This International Women’s Market is our way to not only celebrate women, but also recognize their wonderful businesses in our area. We’ve gathered some of Oxford County’s (and Southwestern Ontario’s) finest women-owned businesses to showcase their products while visitors get to sip and shop! Come support these female entrepreneurs and experience the flavours and things that make our corner of Ontario unique, while supporting an amazing cause—DASO in Woodstock, Ontario.
EVENT DETAILS
This event is being held inside at The Oxford Hills. Tickets are $5 plus HST, with all proceeds being donated to DASO in Woodstock, Ontario. The ticket proceeds will go directly towards the programs for the children and women experiencing domestic violence and homelessness in Oxford County. This includes the Residential Program, Sexual Assault Therapy, Community Counselling, Family Support, and Transitional Resource Support.
On March 8th, guests who purchased a ticket are invited to arrive at 6 p.m. Visitors are welcome to stay for the duration of the event, which closes at 8 p.m. Come Sip and Shop to celebrate International Women’s Day with charcuterie boards, cheese platters, canape plates and drink options from our current drink menu!
