Policies
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL PERMITTED
The Oxford Hills has a strict zero-tolerance approach to outside alcohol as this constitutes a violation of our liquor license. This type of behavior can result in personal fines by the AGCO and exposes The Oxford Hills to severe sanctions, including massive fines and possible suspension of our liquor license. For this reason, we reserve the right to check golf bags, coolers and other containers on The Oxford Hills property for unauthorized alcohol. Unauthorized alcohol will be confiscated and anyone caught with outside alcohol will forfeit their group’s golf privileges and golf fees and will be required to vacate the premises immediately. If your cart is seen with outside Alcohol we will charge your card with a $200 fine.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
If due to inclement weather you do not complete the first seven holes, you will receive a full 18-hole rain check. If you complete between 7 and 13 holes, a nine-hole rain check will be issued. Once golfers have teed off on the 14th hole, no rain checks will be issued.
DRESS CODE
Regular golf attire is required, which excludes denim garments, cut-off shorts, sweat pants, and t-shirts. Collared, mock neck shirts or turtlenecks are acceptable, as are tailored pants, ladies yoga pants, and leggings.
The Oxford Hills is a soft spike facility.
